Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility: You must raise requests within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have original tags and packaging. For defective items, share clear images when initiating the request. Please note, we'll make a maximum of 3 pickup attempts for returns; unsuccessful attempts will cancel the request.
Process:
Initiate a return or exchange via "My Orders" > "Order Details" > "Return".
Choose your return method:
Reverse Pickup: We arrange pickup, with a ₹100 deduction from your refund per request.
Self-Return: If reverse pickup isn't available in your area, you'll need to ship the product yourself. Contact us at +91 9999176446 for assistance. Be sure to mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package and share tracking details. Herin isn't responsible for lost or damaged self-shipped returns.
Quality Check & Refund: Once we receive the returned product (typically within 6-7 days), a quality check is performed within 24 hours.
If Approved:
Exchange: You are eligible to exchange with any available product of greater or same value as your original purchase. An exchange will incur a ₹100 courier charge, which will be deducted from your previous purchase cost.
Prepaid Order Return: Refund is processed to your original payment method.
COD Order Return: Refund is processed to your original payment method, after deducting ₹100 for courier charges.
Partial Payment Orders: Refund is processed to your original payment method, after deducting ₹100 for courier charges.
Important Guidelines
Damaged Packages: Do not accept delivery if the package is unsealed, damaged, or tampered with. Refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
Quality Check: All returned items undergo a mandatory quality check. If an item is found damaged or defective upon inspection, we will not process a refund or exchange, and the product will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Non-Serviceable Areas: If our reverse pickup service is unavailable, you are responsible for returning the item(s) yourself.
Accurate Returns: Only the item for which the return or exchange was arranged will be processed. We are not responsible for any additional items sent.
Delivery Confirmation Issues: If you receive a delivery confirmation but haven't received your package, report the issue within 24 hours.
Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packed for transit. You are responsible for handing over the item in proper condition. An unboxing video may be requested for missing item claims.
Canceled Prepaid Orders: Prepaid orders canceled after dispatch will incur a ₹100 deduction for return shipping.
COD Definition: Payments made to the delivery agent are considered Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
If a dispatched order is refused at delivery, return charges of ₹150 will be deducted.
